Please what is the pay like for nurses there and how will a nurse get licenced to practice there. Thanks in anticipation
esosa4real:

Please I beg you in the name of Almighty God, Don't accept it.
Most people doing such farm work here are poor Indians and sudanis and you can not imagine the human rights exploitation they go through. They usually cant go home until 3years has elapsed and the salary is small amongst many bad things I just cant say.

If you doubt me, kindly tell us all here the details of the contract.

NOTE: what was the agency self, as many agencies are hungry and wont tell you the truth. I only vouch for ONY VHA CONCEPTS.

I will re-iterate what I have said in the past, If you are not coming here as a Doctor, pharmacist, nurse, med lab, teacher or engineer, please I beg you if you want to live and not die in KSA, don't come oh!

I am speaking out of love, I work in the hospital and sometimes weep when I see the atrocities committed on poor Asians and African with manual job.
I am usually proud to tell my colleagues that I am yet to see a Nigerian in such circumstances though I have been told one or two gory stories but its not common because no Nigerian will come here and handle these wickedness. (pls I cant give examples, just GOOGLE).

Hello NLers

Anyone working in Saudi Arabia?? How is life as a female and christian.

I decided to take a break from my studies next year for personal reasons that I cannot share. I decided to use my SA passport to my advantage as they only want SA, British, US, Ausralian, Canadian citizens.
I did one month TESOL course and then applied for English teaching jobs. To my suprise, I got responses.

They pay anything from $3000 - $6000 per month depending on experience and $6500 - $9000 when you possess Phd or Masters in English.
Accomodation is free, Medical insurance and transport is also provided and 30 days paid leave and round trip ticket to home country once per year.

I am skeptical to accept because of hearsay.

Are stories sansationalised or is Saudi Arabia really bad for a woman?

How is life on the ground in Saudi Arabia?
Anyone teaching in Saudi Arabia??

Can one teach with just a high school certificate?

Hi All,

Please what's the process for getting the Saudi work permit?

1. How long does it take?
2. How much does it cost?
3. Where's the Embassy located in Abuja
4. Any other relevant info.

Thank you.

Pls I made 1 or 2 observations while trying to apply to few jobs at bayt.com from here Nigeria. After completing the form and uploading my cv, a message will prompt up notifying me that they only accept applications from applicants within SA.

Pls what do you advice?

Look for companies that you would like to work in or fields and apply directly through their websites, it works better that way most of the times.
Patience is the key in Saudi recruitment process and when i say patience, i really mean Patience. Good luck.

You can get what ever you want just download VPN in google store see u

Like someone said, just mind your business once you get there! I'm an atheist and lived there for 2 years, precisely in Dhahran. There are many Christians there BUT just mind your business and don't discuss religion with anybody! They respect people who speak very good English especially with American accent, so I believe you'll be respected. Tabuk is damn dry! YouTube will be your daily companion after work lol! They've blocked most Christian websites and also ALL porn sites! so NO self-servicing!
Cost of living is very low and I strongly believe you'll enjoy your stay there....my regards to the new King o! Cheers!

Yes, it's for your question in particular and to many others who are seeking for answers on a vast majority of issues.
And No, I'm not in the Kingdom but hoping and praying to be there Insha Allah.

Good day@All (special greetings @chinelo)
Please I need to advise a friend who just got an offer to work as a nurse through an agency (Mohiya Integrated Services) for Al-Hayat Hospital, Saudi Arabia, but I lack information. I pray this honourable house to enlighten me on whether she should accept the offer or not with respect to pay (SAR 3000), security of the hospital (which I think is in riyadh) and other factors like gender (since she is a female).
Thanks most kindly.

Hello Guys, I need some help.

My company is transferring me to Saudi for a year and I'm trying to sort the visa arrangements.

I am being told; I cannot apply directly except through an approved agent. Is this true?
If true, who can recommend an agent that can help with one year work visa for Saudi?
And what are the complete requirements for the visa?

Thanks.

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy Are you saying all of us here don't have a life eeeehn? What life are you refering to eeeeehhhhhn naaaa? Talk? grin grin grin

Well alot of people who are here are here to make money and move on. This country is different to most Arab countries I gather. I have been to UAE and I can say there is a difference. Very hard to explain, but hey people have been working and surviving before me cheesy cheesy.

I am not God, I cannot tell you that you cannot or can be considered. All I reported on was paye discrepancies and preference of Nationalities, which is a reality, regardless how others don't want to admit it. Regardless of those who claim to have worked in the Kingdom say, they know its a reality.
I also said all Nigerians I know here do not use our Nigerian passport. I have also had conversations with them and they also admitted to being aware of Nationality preference in the Kingdom and also pay discrepancies. smiley smiley
They can consider you. Just put your application forward and see what will come out of it. wink wink wink wink
pls am coming to Saudi Arabia by April to work as a driver d agent still processing visa he said it take 8weeks Pls I want to know Wat life looks like for a driver there?

If you decide to take the job then be ready to also take the fact you would be raped repeatedly by your boss, his sons and his friends.

They own you.
