Gurus in the house. I have been trying to booking an interview date and the system writes" Unfortunately, there are no appointments available at this time. New appointments will be made available for booking at regular intervals. 02/2018 "
Please how do i go about it.
Please respond.
Be on the look out every minute, seconds and hours. Let the visa appointment booking site be your friend for now. Before you eat look at the site first, before you drink water look at the site first, before taking your bath look at the site first. Always ensure your phone battery doesn't run down. When you do this, someone can cancel his/her appointment and you will jump at it. I believe between now and Sunday midnight other dates in February will be opened. Best of luck.

Check in the middle of the night between 11pm and 1am. They add new dates, though i don't know if the consulate is still adding.

It's being a long time coming. I had my visa interview

My interview transcript

After all the biometrics and the likes.
I was asked the following questions

Have you funded: I said no and she gave me a form to fill
Have you learnt German: I said no (a mistake I didn't know why I said so I have been learning with YouTube)
Did you contact the school and how?
Why this course?
Why Germany?
Why not UK/US or any other English country?
What do you intend to do after studies? Said come back to Nigeria. To do what?
How have you prepared for studies? Said I have started learning German with Learn German with Jenny on YouTube. She said she hasn't heard of that and likewise the lady behind her so I bet she wrote it down
How will you be accommodated?
What do you know about Germany?
Do you have relatives or friends in Europe or Germany?
Have you applied for schengen visa or traveled to Germany before?
That's all we will contact you be email.

All thanks to God for the grace I enjoyed because only him could have made the interview this simple and short without asking complicating questions. And special thanks to everyone that has developed this great community.

As I put other things in place, I officially await the arrival of the star email of the century 'In A. M matters...'

Guys, pls I want to ask,is it good if i go to a consultancy agency for all my application stuffs to germany or should I do it personally at a cyber cafe? And do these consultancy agencies charge heavy prices?

my own take on this is that you spend time searching and doing the hard work yourself, just by reading this thread and other past thread on studying in Germany you will become close to being a consultant your self, if you have any issues just come and express yourself here and those who know better are always available to help you out, because you will need every penny you can save , except you can afford it. thats my own advise sha .

Hallo Leute,

I intend going for bachelors in Mechanical Engineering in Germany. I possess a science-related WAEC and a BSc degree in Management.

While going through daad website, I found very few institutions offering the course in either German or German & English for international students.

I need help in identifying schools that require only level B1 of German and no IELTS or TOEFL.

Secondly, can UNIASSIST assist me in securing admissions to any of the institutions without the requirement for a prep course and its likes, given that I have gone through university education here?

or should I simply contact the schools and handle every other thing myself?

Danke.

You cannot be in this forum and still nurture the feeling of using a consultant. It is a colossal waste of resources .Everything you need to know is here. Note that Consultant can only help you for the paper work and may charge you high, and you still have to face the interview yourself.

Hello guys,
My name is victor I just finished Cambridge A levels, using my result I wanna apply to two german universities for winter 2018 B.Eng Mechatronics to be precise but in the requirements i was stated that one must a done a six-week pre-internship in a company in your home country.Pls can someone put me through this cos i'm confused.

And also about TOEFL and IELTS. The schools clearly stated that Native English speakers which I believe we Nigerians are do not need to submit a proof of english proficiency. The schools are Rhein-Waal University And University of applied sciences Wurzbug(FHWS).
I'll be waiting for u guys view abot this.

Nigerians are not native English speakers.
We get exemptions sometimes though, mostly based on your educational background (English as the language of instruction).
