You are not alone. It's usually the problem of this new Chinese companies...we just happened to get the faulty once... returning it will take ages that's why am not sending it back.

I ordered 2 kiicaa powers since on the 2nd of december...dunno what this jumia guys are doing o...i have 2 wait for a whole month to recieve a phone i paid for a month earlier...

for all who order this Dec expect ya orders cum new yr for logistics reason as many courier services closed already nd delay in custom check wld cause a delay, so I implore u to take hrt nd shift attention to the new yr, new yr in adv to u all.

I love d in fact that is 2gb ram, d multi tasking is awesome but d way my battery drain down makes me annoy.
