Ipob member arrested for raping a 29yrs old woman in delta state


A man suspected to be a member of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, identified only as Victor, has been arrested by the Delta State Police Command.

The Commissioner of Police in the state, Zanna Ibrahim, said he was arrested for locking away and raping a 29-year-old woman through the anus at his residence in Okwe, near Asaba, capital of the state.

He was arrested with various paraphernalia of the IPOB and fetish items.
