I wonder if some people have brains that is really active, and if ever there is something like conscience within? Humans not mere animals, no only in Nigeria enjoy killing fellow humans and expect us to applaud them, or to listen to them. Do they really have brains? What are they trying to achieve or gain? It is really pitiable to have them in this world. God knows best.

The last time I spoke about this I said, that this tragedy has no military solution. It is slmost a year since, hundreds of lives lost and no solution. It is time for fresh thinking and new ideas. Fundamentalism has at its heart a strong binding ideology. Break that and the sheep is scattered, the system is blèd of oil and grinds to a halt. Boko Haram has at its heart a twisted interpretation of Islam. Whatever the cult has become today started with this and the only way to drain this toxicity is to push through in no clearer terms what Islam says about the situation, in that areas to those people, consistently, with great focus and commitment. I haven't seen this happen in any deliberate, organised manner.

Boko Haram has recruited thousands to spread falsity. Where are the recruits Nigeria has in place to tell the truth to them and win them back to sanity and normality. It will cost a lot less than a billion dollars and will be a whole lot more effective.

Remember the Americans with all their military resources could not stop communism from consuming south Vietnam, jihadists from taking over Iraq and has not halted them in Afghanistan and Libya. Only soft power can do it with a reverse ideology to match.
