How many visitors do you have in a day? 1500?or 2000? That should be our focus.
With out meaningful traffic adsense is useless.
Focus on traffic first then when u start seeing 2000 page views then you can now go for adsense. I mean buy an account for as low as 7000 to 10,000.
I bought mine here on nairaland.com and it's been functioning and paying well into my Nigerian bank account.

try using youtube.I think there is a way to link the approval for adverts to show on ur youtube video to adsense on ur blog.Google it

Buy an approved AdSense account for 10k only.

If your account was banned for invalid clicks and you want to use another AdSense account, change domain url.

Change your current theme if it's a WordPress site and then wait for like one week then apply again. same thing happened to me in Dec and I apply but was rejected then I changed my theme and then applied again and it was approved.
