palm kernel oil/palm oil to vegetable oil.
it's about bleaching/deodorise palm kernel/palm oil into vegetable oil.(cooking oil)

I have a biz that requires me to build a process and machines for. ive tried to find funding for some experiments on it but to no avail. in the last year i have managed to try out a little experiment which validates my belief that it os feasible. i got some money late last year to begin but lo and behold when i went searching for suitable large space, i was shocked i didn't really have much money anyway. i am open to a sort of partnership with you. I've been reluctant because Nigerians are unscrupulous and greedy and o didn't want anyone to kill my vision due to avarice of charging too high for what i am bringing to the market. it's in the food value chain and i would need a warehouse and maybe 1m naira. I'm sure I can fund the rest as i have acquired quite some machinery for fabrication and woodworking required. Drop your number and i give u a call. I've been an engineer/technical person for 20 years now

Tissue & serviette production is a good idea for that range of money. I expected u to at least welcome the idea Evenif u will not necessarily do it.
