It's portal malfunction, we were given the liberty of up to 600 words, the system should accept anything within that range except if it's more than, I have about 400 words I have written and its not saving it. It's a technical glitch, it happened in DPR recruitment and it disenfranchised so many people from doing proper application.

So what do we do then? i have sent serveral compliant email with the screenshot of the error message that i got, but no response. I really can't affort to miss this opportunity.

Hi Guys,

Good News! I just got off the phone with a contact from the scholarship help desk, their technical team are working on all the glitches, and probably before close of business today everything will be resolved and all compliant emails sent will be replied.

http://ptdf.flexisaf.com/ is down for now, but will be up when they are done.

Please whats about the DAAD application something for people that applied for schools in Germany. Are they to just register on the portal or also apply for funding and schorlaship on their portal?

Is there really gonna be a test for MSc applicants? Knowing that these are non-English speaking countries, will the test (if any) gonna be of English (as opposed to French, German or Mandarin, lol) and subject based?
Or just panels to review our applications and determine those who should be awarded.
