BREAKING NEWS: Umeh Floors Obiora Okonkwo, As Federal High Court Abuja Sets Aside Its Earlier Judgment Justice Tsoho J. few minutes ago delivered a Ruling, setting aside his previous Consent Judgment of 13th December 2017. According to the Court, Obiora Okonkwo misled the court in obtaining the Consent Judgment INEC's application to set aside the Consent Judgment was found to be meritorious and granted as prayed. The substantive suit was adjourned indefinitely.
