If not for Buhari, the money shared between states, referred to as Bailouts and Paris club refund, would have been embezzled and no one would have heard about it.

What did the state governments do with them?

What about the rot left behind by the Jonathan administration? Wouldn't time and effort be required to clean them? And so far, I think Buhari has fared well.

My opinion:
If politics is truly a game of figures, he would be re-elected.
He is currently taking good care of those that will re-elect him.

For your information the President is not responsible for building your state... That is the work of your debtor ridden governor to do.

The president carried out economical policies , security , consenting to laws made at the senate, and largely works on economic development and well being of Nigerians and not just state.
