Not completely true. You can look fit and healthy at mid age without have loads of money. All that is required is plenty discipline to watch what is eaten and do lots of appropriate exercise. It's motivation

Is great you said average. Even though I might belong to this average, some of us still take our health seriously. To be frank, 20 mins of exercise per day is enough, more than enough..Recommended is 120 mins per week.

The way i see it, all dese are just silly excuses(no offence please)

I see no reason why people should not take care of themselves... Whatever you do, your health should cm first..

I'm in my late 30s and when strangers see me, they always think I'm in my early 20s..

No matter how early i must leave my house every morning, it has become a habit for me to workout at the least 45 minutes (HIT) before i leave my house.

I don't have money to register in a gym (well, i have but i figured it would be nice to add it to my kids tuition fees), but i still don't joke with exercise..

If I don't take care of myself.. Who will?!

Then you're on your way. Bravo, bro. I just came back from the gym. 5 sets of 8-10 reps average of Chest Dips, 3 sets of 20 reps of leg/stomach dips and 5 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell bench press. Tired out too early because I lost fitness.. Didn't lift for 12 days. Was away from my base. Now back. I will target stomach in the coming weeks. Seems the definitions in my gut area are no more visible. Dem must to come back.

So, on the whole bro, let's keep up the fitness regime and eat right.
