I have an ex who used to have excruciating cramps until my sister told me to get her Ibuprofen and it worked well.

Get Ibuprofen and use 800mg twice daily during the course of your period. Pay attention to how your body system relates with the drug before going too deep into it.

it happens sometimes!! Not too bad this month but worst the next!! But see a doctor if u r scared!!

yes I've been experiencing menstrual cramp. But believe me when I tell you this one is different, just worst in short.
