My infinix note 3 restarts from time to time...... When its on standby and I double tap, it goes off and comes on again......what can be wrong

Dat was hw mine started b4 it finally dropped dead(panel) anytyn infinix note na nonsense........

Please run a Factory Data Reset on your device. You'll need to Back up all the information you have on it because the Reset will clean out everything on the phone; use the Back Up & Restore App on your device for that purpose.

After you must have done the Back Up, Go to SETTINGS, scroll down to BACK UP & RESET, tap it open and at the Bottom you'll see RESET PHONE. Click on RESET PHONE, read Instructions that follow and click RESET.
This will correct the error.

Hello carlcareopebi, suddenly, my infinix note 3 part of the screen stop responding to touch, and I have no broken screen nor broken touch pad... What could be wrong with it?

please look at the attached picture.

That part at the left margin, that little part ain't responding to touches. Don't know why.. And my screen is not broken nor cracked.
