Watched this like two weeks ago on facebook.. so it's just getting here? Na wa ooo..

Here's what I see :

1. There are almost a hundred bystanders at the scene but they are not bold enough or organized enough to confront the policemen.
Everybody is afraid to die instead they are resigned to living like dogs and slaves in their own country.

2. There is a police commissioner in that state but he has either not seen this video (hence he is incompetent and does not have a good intelligence network), or he has seen it and has done nothing - in which case he is a criminal too.

You are so right! The police needs to be restructured. They need to be paid good wages. Good health care and insurance.

U don't train someone that is not TRAINABLE.
POLICE recruitment guidelines should be modified, that's all.
Because the CURRENT guidelines encourage TOUTS and Frustrated people to pick forms.
They should start employing university GRADUATES strictly or more of them, just like the NAVY does.

But I know it will never be possible, because this is CHEAP LABOUR for the Nigerian Government.
