No I didn't add chicken nor milk. This particular one was plain.
There was a time I added soup and little stock fish from the soup and they still rushed it.

I think adding milk or raw egg won't be a bad idea cuz I add raw egg to their parent's food as appetizer.

Don't add cow milk. Cow milk isn't good for puppies. You can make groundnut milk or tiger-nut milk for them.

It risky to let male and female of the same litter mate.
The puppies might have disease or behavioural problem.
Its best to cross after 4 generations

it's best for you to feed a pup high quality food instead of trial and error.

Dear Mccarthyal and Fabulouskay,

Brothers, I've been waiting for 48 hours to confirm before breaking the news here. They have been rushing it and I wanted to ascertain if their love for it would persist. Now they just clear it and leave my Binggo/Indomie combination behind. If I combine them, they just leak it off and leave the Binggo/Indomie. Wonders!

The next prayer is to see changes in their appearance in a few weeks. But the acceptance is super, and they are all happier.

I am grateful to you guys for being so open. All the business guys in the house refused to assist. If I had asked for puppy, they would have stormed the thread with phone numbers. Na so life be sha.

In what ratio are the ingredients mixed please.
Re: Advice On Local Recipè For Dog Food by theecaus(m): 5:47pm On Nov 05, 2019
Depends on how much you are doing but just make the ingredient balance with more fish that serves as protein, you’ll get a good result if you do it well

Thanks for the prompt response. I'm looking at
Maize: GNC: fish at 2:1:2 responsively.

Not bad, I think that’s normal enough you can just up the fish by half

1.Roast it separately. The goal of roasting the Gnut is to make it very dry while that of the Soya is to remove the toxic peel. As for me, I remove the soya peel using water then I oven dry the combination of the beans and Nuts.

Please, don't be tempted to buy Fishmeal, GroundNut cake and Soya meal from feedmills. The fish meal is artificially preserved while the oda 2 usually contain toxins and all the oils would have been squeezed out. For the GroundNut, u can buy KULI-KULI crumbs from the Hausa guys as substitute; it cost #400 per Bowl. However, there's no alternative for the fish waste and Soya(#300 and #170 per bowl respectively).

2. it's going to be in powdery form cos all the materials(Fish waste/crayfish, soya, Gnut, wheat/corn and indomie waste or broiler feed) must be dry else it'll get spoilt. It'll be grinded like yam flour.

And to avoid using Maggi as spice when cooking it, buy some ginger and grind it too.

Hi I just saw this thread now. It's been a while but I hope you still recall some memory about how to prepare this meal.

My question is I did this meal earlier though without roasting the soyabean and I'm wondering if the hot water I'm mixing it with won't be enough to remove the toxic peel?

You should be really careful when you are feeding your dog and this the main mistake of the biggest majority when we are talking about dogs and dog food. You can feed them with a self prepared food but don't forget that we are talking about dogs and a dog should receive another types of vitamins and vital elements to be healthy. You need to read the article about worldsbestdogfoods to see what exactly you should take in sight when you are choosing dog food. To be honest dog feeding is a complex process and you need to be really careful, choose the best for your puppy, dogs are our best friends and they love us more than we do, so they deserve the best

Hey, I’m really excited about writing this post and I’m sure all you dog lovers will be excited as well when you finish reading this post about how to keep dogs healthy.

Maybe after reading this post some of you yet to consider owning a dog might even find yourself loving the idea of owning a dog as a pet.

Personally, I’m a dog guy, I love having a dog as a pet but the pictures you see in this post is that of a friend’s dogs.

Many people find it difficult figuring out how to keep dogs healthy and that is one of the reasons many don’t bother thinking of getting one. Knowing this is the major problems many people are facing, I asked a friend of mine who owns two dogs he bought last year (2019), how does he keep his dogs healthy and looking shinny?

How to Keep Dogs Healthy
Jack and Keano at age 8 weeks old
Theses are the dogs when he bought them when they were 8 weeks old In (May 20 2019)

Here is what he has to say:

Jack is the most deadly. Doesn’t play with anyone. Sometimes I’m scared of him but the Vet advised that I should not fear because dogs can detect fear in your heart. Once he gets to know that I’m scared of him, it becomes a problem to handle.

Keano is more friendly to my family but hardly sleeps. Keeps watch 24/7 and barks at any movement he feels. He loves belly rub a lot and is a high flyer, that is he jumps to an incredible height a lot.

After I posted these dogs’ pictures, many dog lovers came inbox asking what I gave them that made them look so big, healthy with shinny coat. So I decide to give a generic reply here for anyone else who intends to ask same questions.

First thing I did immediately I bought them when they were 8 weeks old was to get a Vet to vaccinate them, deworm them, give them their antibiotics and multivitamins.

These injections are now the routine up to this day. Every month, the Vet comes to give them injection which includes their daily vaccines, deworming, antibiotics and multivitamins. Because we have never missed their dosage, they have never fallen sick for once.

Secondly, we keep their kennel extremely neat. Kennel is the dog house. We wash it with hypo regularly so that bacteria and other infections won’t breed there. We also bath them every Sunday with dog shampoo which keeps them very neat and smelling nice. These hygienic aspects has kept ticks and flees away from them.

Finally, we give them Diamond Puppy food. It’s one of the best dog foods out there that contains every nutrient they need to grow big, strong and shinny. I give them bread and egg or custard every morning and Diamond Puppy dry food every night. They eat just two times a day and of course plenty of clean water daily.

These three things above which are monthly Vaccines, uncompromising Hygiene and Diamond Puppy dry Food are the only things we do that kept them healthy, big and happy.

And there you have it, that’s how you keep dogs healthy and happy . If you ever considered getting a dog as a pet, maybe this is the perfect time. No more worries about how to keep your dog healthy and clean.
