From the earliest password unlock change to finger sensor unlock until now most hot Face ID, do you which unlock technology more safe and convenient?

And now which unlock solution you use now?

I think the password is still the safest because if you do not say it, the only way to take it our from you is by torture (if they can get it out) lipsrsealed

You don't have to be tortured before your password gets cracked.

It only has to be brute forced.

I don't think the fingerprint and face id is all about improved security, it's all about providing the security at a very fast speed. Instead of entering ur password or pin all the time just place ur finger or look at ur phone and under 1 second ur phone is unlocked. Nothing beats password. I know some will say password can be hacked which is true, but then even when u register ur fingerprint or face u still need a master password for back up. So even with ur fingerprint, if someone hacks ur master password they can still get in. Ur phone can be unlocked if someone else places ur finger on the sense either by force or while u are sleeping. Password is still more secured. But who cares, who doesn't like the convenience of fingerprint.

Yes ofcourse, the finger sensor and face ID is more convenient.

Also no matter which unlocking method you use, you must first enter the password. password is necessory.

Actually the smartphone now all packing several unlocking ways, improved the safety largely.

Fingerprint sensor is more convenient to me but if they can do both, it doesn't hurt.

Brute gini?? Bruteforce is trying unlimited password combination continuously, most devices and applications nowadays will give u a limited number of tries.

I'm not saying password or pin is not the safest, it still is, but gone are those days brute force and dictionary attack works, on android phones, you only have 15 tries then you wait for some minutes so... Basically, brute force don't work.

I have used bruteforce for a passworded zip file, took me so many hours to crack open

In the grand scheme of everything hi-tech, Finger sensor takes it followed by Facial ID. It is always difficult to hack biometrics. But passwords can be hacked super easily.

Finger print remains most safer.... A family member can access individual pin, typing error as a result of faulty keyboard can be mess to have password locked, face detection mostly disappoint... There's no Duplication or similar fingerprint.. So it remain safe
Re: Face ID, Finger Sensor And Password: Which Do You Think Is Safest? by usba: 7:48am On Mar 29, 2018
grin if you are wise don't ever give a phone your finger print least you finger print is stored in a database. password is better you can change at will the others nah. They are simple to break, you only need to be in the same room with whoever is so desperate to get access to your phone.

For me,Face ID!!!Reason is that, while asleep, without your 2 eyes wide open,no one can gain access to your phone!!!!Face ID needs your eyes wide open to unlock!!!Tried it on iPhone X and fell in love with that feature!!!

A clear picture of the owner will useless face id

Fingerprints can be duplicated(only the techys sabi)

Password can be spied on.. ..

If at-all at-all, all no work, restoring to default factory or flashing go work.. .

Bottom line, nothing like safe not to talk of safest
