A student of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, has narrowly escaped death after being stabbed by some armed robbers angered by the fact that he refused to let them in.

The incident happened around 4a.m, last Tuesday, at Tanus hostel Ifite, Awka. It was gathered that when the robbers got to the victim, Daniel’s room and told him to open the door, he refused.

Angered by his refusal, the robbers destroyed his window and gained entrance. They stabbed him a couple of times before leaving him to bleed to death, but he luckily survived and was rushed to the hospital.

Or the school don't have security?
But how exactly students should exposed to such dangers of robbery attacks even at school own hostels?
Who exactly should be blame in this case ASUU or NASUU of the university chapter or the federal government for not provided adequate security for the students

I doubt if such thing would happen in the University of Port Harcourt
