In other words impress the interviewers. they are asking you to impress them, how do you do this? by telling them the qualities you have that makes you the most suitable candidates for the job, give them examples of when and where you've put these qualities in to action such that they will be "wowed" or 'very pleased'. thanks

Just tell them your exceptional qualities that makes you the best candidate for the job.

Your achievements and how you intend to replicate them in your new job.

Your extra skill-sets that will come in handy to salvage any challenge that may spring up etc.

Just tell them what u can do and what u think u can do.....Just anything they can't confirm until u start working and by then if village people no get u, u ought to have learn it. Either on the job or asking people who know.

That is how to get job in this country if u Don reach interview stage. I used it and it worked.
