Calm down and think about what you just wrote, so any player who is esterblished and a regular in any team is a world class player?? Then you know nothing about football. So will you call Evans a world class player because he plays as a regular player in West Brom?? A world class player is a player that is a regular in a top team and can replace any player in his position in at least few big teams. In city there only world class player present are Agwero, Debryune, David Silva, kompany walker, Mendy can't even called a world class because he is far behind in the pecking order for world class left backs, when you talk about world class left back you talk about Marcelo, Alaba and more so tell me how many of those pep bought can replace players in Madrid or Barça or Bayern or even psg.
