Congratulations to those of you who have scaled through. Why do I feel there's just too little activity here.? undecided
Anyway, as said by a few here, consistency is key for the OPQ assessment. All the best y'all... smiley

Kindly note that these are no longer the PwC values.

The next stage is a test to see if your personality matches that of the firm.

I have come to understand that there is such a thing as 'fit' and this test tries to ensure it.

In interpersonal interactions with colleagues and clients and also within himself/herself, The PwC person,

1. Acts with Integrity
2. Makes a Difference
3. Shows Care
4. Works together
5. Reimagines the possible

This image below explains this better.

All these are publicly available information and I encourage you to do some research. My email is open if you want to find out more.

Congratulations to all for the road so far and goodluck on the journey ahead.

Many have said this year PwC applicants on Nairaland, e get as e be. I think I agree. I'm sure the thread will remain mostly like this all through the OPQ stage and even as interviews start.

So many WhatsApp groups are there so many are not saying much on here. Even on WhatsApp, nothing much.

I wish everyone luck as you navigate the wavy waters of the OPQ as from tomorrow. Those that have not received success mails, it's safe to conclude the inevitable.

Safe!
This whatsapp thing is so so wrong. I know that my opinion won't count but at least it would send a message. I read 2016 and 2017trend, it was quite informative. If they subscribed to the whatsapp thing then, where would I and even some here get the information we currently have? Well I don't need answers. It's a rhetorical question.
I pray it touches the mind involved.

Do we have any unanswered question? Nope... The other day I asked a question and I got my answer the same day. If you have questions...ask. People got positive replies they shared it here. What else do you want? How they are planning their day?... like I woke by 6am to prepare for Pwc OPQ and then I ate by 8am..bla bla... We don't have to post every time...

Align your personal core values with that of PwC's. That way, you don't necessarily have to "lie" to scale through the OPQ.

Going through 2017 pwc recruitment thread, the OPQ questions were ipsative and not normative like what you find in the personality practice questions on the SHL website.
I have checked online to see if i could see practice questions with the ipsative questions all to no avail.

Whoever has any useful link should help. Thanks Guys

MikeAsher2:

Blah Blah Blah, you don't get that no one has to necessarily ask one particular question. It's the eagerness to share, eagerness to even ask questions itself.

OPQ begins tomorrow, some are yet to get regret mail, they know the likely fate, it's usual to vent.
Someone could share links to practise tests online,, anyone can drop a sob story as to how they passed the Verify Tests and we're dropped at the OPQ stage, explaining likely reasons so candidates this time avoid it.

Go through other threads, and see if it flourished by one people asking a random question undecided

You don't just get. You sef when you start work, only talk to people when you have questions you hear. This is the same cultural and personal fit PwC OPQ is trying to weed out, you should willingly collaborate with others. Don't only establish a connection with people when you need them, relationships are oiled. tongue

Bless you, brother.

Don't make a mess of this OK.. I won't turn it into a battle of words....we worry for nothing the CEB/SHL website has the practice questions you might need check there, if they share these questions last year like you claimed..take them from the 2017 thread and practice and also go the extra mill to share the same link here if you love others and want to build connection.... you have all that you need already. Work, get busy. Don't not wait for someone that will come here to claim he/she has the exact questions that would be asked. I think we always like that. People have taken the time to share how you can pass...by tailoring your responses towards pwc core values and that one should be consistent with his/her responses. Tell me what else again? The exact questions from CEB/SHL for pwc 2018?Nah... Back to the personal issue you mentioned... Please note that not everyone on this thread is jobless.

Thank you for your understanding.

Wow... Nobody wants exact questions, they just want the bond, the feel that we are all in this together and while it is competitive... we are not going to rub it on each others faces. We are going to be 'friends' and share opinions as the stages proceed.
Last year, I knew some names they made me laugh so hard and made the process a bit less burdensome. I might be wrong but I cant remember people even quarelling or throwing bants... I even remember when at the interview before we went in, a guy was like where my nairalanders at... at once we all became friends and the group exercise went really smoothly and all.
@ La rochelle @ maryjabeez @ D mayor @ lastjobhunter @ sambest @ all that I cant remember their monikers.. thank you. I really am not so expressive but I could try, ok @ trcv @ encrypt @ codified, what do you want us to discuss?
Did I say start telling us about how your whole day went? Noo please!
May the odds always be in our favour!
