Marketing until is the most important unit in the company, and they are supposed to be the highest earners

But Nigerian companies have abused it

The bottom line is that everyone in a company is a marketer regardless of the department you work for

To answer your question: anyone who can't get a job in their area of specialization should take a lucrative marketing job OR start his own company/business
