OBJ started the NIPP project and built about 7(not sure about the number now). The problem is the site locations were not ideal because they were sited in places without gas pipelines.

Papalanto power station
Omotosho power station
Alaodji power station.

Those are some of the power stations that were paid for from the alleged $16B.
