Your dog is still quite young, it takes larger breed s like boerboels longer time to come on heat compared to smaller breeds. So give her some time.

Back in 2015, I bought one stupid female Rottweiler, the only thing that dog knows how to do is eat, shit and piss in fact she's always passing anyhow its like she can't control her bladder, she pisses uncontralable. The dog is an idiot! I tried everything to make that dog vicious but nothing, I refused to socialise her, I locked her and chained her for the hole day and released her at night but nothing, if you go near her cage and she does not know you she will not even bark, she will just be looking at you, later on I got fed up with the idiot and just gave her away because she's always pissing all over me anytime I unchain her. Very useless dog.
