Ship up. Go buy some sense if u have none. Between the person you quoted, you and Buhari, who acts more like a robot?

He has been fighting corruption since 2015 and he just discovered the 'stoves' today. Does this not show signs of incompetence?

Are there not people that voted for Buhari that needs those stoves?
Do I need to tell him that he should speedly distribute the stoves and if he thinks there are anomalies in the contract a probe should be initiated Immediately and anyone found culpable should be diligently prosecuted.

Governance is not about blaming and propaganda, it's serious business for serious minded people.

If Buhari is not aware of the scam and you are aware, then he has no business in Aso rock.

Actually, I voted him to reveal everything.

You didn't vote him so stop telling us that did what he should be doing.

Whether I voted for him or not is immaterial to the moon and rubbish to the skies, what matters now is that he is the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and he has a serious job to do, if I were you I will advise him to sit up and live up to expectations.
He should distribute the stoves and prosecute those responsible for the scam.

Little brain, that stove was bought with Nigerian money, Buhari should order for the distribution of those stoves to those that it was intended for.
If he is not satisfied with the contract, he should order a probe and prosecute those responsible, that's what he should do.

Please understand that during GEJ oil price was 100 dollars o,compared to when buhari came in . if you are earning 1millon a month and suddenly get sacked or salary gets reduced won't your standard of living drop.
Please the truth is you can't really compare both because buhari has earned less than GEJ did . Buhari does not determine the oil price , oil companies and some countries also had issues with their economy so was that buhari's fault as well. GEJ had eight years in power and buhari has only had 3years , do u know that your fortune can change in a year due to years of consistent hardwork and perseverance? I know buhari also has his faults like tackling killings and nepotism but in terms of trying to kill corruption and managing to work with the money he has at his disposal I think he is doin OK but can improve no doubt.

During the GEJ era, I happen to visit Abuja a dozen times to get part of my money and getting a hotel room in Abuja was insane. From Transcorp to any three stars hotels, everywhere is reserved for VIP. Sirens will be heard everywhere and there was so much stolen money in circulation. Abuja became the circus where money is been tossed around mindlessly. To be candid I hate Buhari because he has stopped that flow of money, and he's pursued all my rich politician clients to I supply for out of the country but the truth that I know deep down is if GEJ had won a 2nd term, most Nigerians will be queuing for bread and beans on the road by now as there was this insane looting. Imagine a former level five project manager in the NDCC buying two houses in Banana Island!!! Imagine a Freshly recruited Navy personally buying a whole building in Gwarimpa and boasting that the oil bunkering militants have made him very rich!!! Imagine a prostitute I used to patronize in Lagos for 5k per night landing in Abuja and getting $1000 for a bj inside an Alhajis keep. I swear no nation can ever continue the way it was under GEJ without been ruined. I just wish this Buhari monkey could fix security. Other than that, he's far better than that mad and crazy fool called Jonathan. Mind you, I became rich under GEJ and currently struggling.

Allahu Akbar Kabeer.....Best comment i've read so far on nairaland. May God continue to bless u abundantly for speaking out the truth. I've always said this that buhari is not a saint nor he is perfect but he is still much better than jonathan. There is no complete saint or perfect human being on earth. Jonathan was so clueless, The people he surrounded himself with were the ones who made his government more worse and disastrous. Let set aside hatred and speak out the obvious truth. I know some people who have worked for 5yrs without salary increment under jonathan's regime but under this buhari regime their salaries were increased by 100%.

The lie is in the math.

N9.2B/20M=N460

N460 per stove? Let's be reasonable, even kerosene stoves cost way more than that.

I think the contract is for a little over 700,000 stover which the contractors have delivered hence there's no scam.

By the way, N9.2B/700K stoves will give you a little above N13,000 per stove, which is more reasonable for a clean energy stove.
acording to his (jonathan) statement the day he sighn the contract, that he want to empower 20million woman with clean energy stove. now ask urself how is he going to empower 20million woman with 700,000 stove if is not fraud.

What has the present government done about this? All these blames won't take the country anywhere.
Anytime some of the things that took place in the past is uncovered, some people start screaming words like, blame game, witch hunt, propaganda and so on. But what many don't know is, it is precisely these things that is currently making life difficult for many Nigerians. The question is, should we be kept in the dark by government about things that concerns us?

The heinous crime was committed by the former first lady through her husband. The aim of buying the stove was to pacify the women to voting for them but was not played well and instead they diverted the money.
I guess part of the money is what Dame Patience could not accounted for in her case with EFCC.
I'm still worry with our so called youths of this country. Was issue of stove part of handing over note given to Buhari. This is a project well orchestrated by Dame Patience. She just used her husband to get the money and then diverted part. This issue is a minute thing that will preoccupy BUHARI's mind out of all mirage of problems confronted with. The mess were too much and it will take angel to clean it up.

It's not just a cooking stove bro.......

And no one I asking FG to distribute, if we paid for it....we shld get it whether valuable or not.... It's our money, we can only conclude it's for looting when we call on the suppliers to supply the rest and dey said they're not paid for it. C'est finis.

Throwback:

How come you suddenly went dumb on your propaganda of fastest growing economy when Sirjamo gave you the real situation that Buhari met on ground?

Was it not this same fastest growing economy and largest in Africa, that Jonathan spokesman Doyin Okupe defended that we have to buy 2nd hand train because we are not America? Meanwhile SouthAfrica that we displaced by re-basing technique, do not buy 2nd hand trains. While we spent more than the funds that could have bought us brand new trains, to equip ATM Dasuki that does not require debit card to dispense public funds to PDP reelection campaign.

Was it not this same fastest growing economy that had already borrowed N470B to pay federal civil servants for Feb/March/April salaries as at start of May 2015 when crude oil was still selling above $50/barrel?

Was it not this same fastest growing economy that suddenly had its Naira currency fall from N160 to N240 versus the dollar as at February 2015, before it then appreciated back to N220 versus the dollar as at May 29th handover?

Did you expect the Naira currency slump not to continue as the international oil price eventually slumped to $27/barrel during the 1st year of the Buhari regime?

Do you expect an economy that was destroyed and on the road to recession, to suddenly come alive overnight even when its greatest resource kept on falling in price before the current positive outlook of the past year?

The fastest growing economy that did not save a kobo beyond what it had already inherited from previous governments, but rather went on a spending spree to erase all savings and butcher its foreign reserves from $47b to $29+b. A spending spree that did not diversify the economy or develop any significant infrastructure. A spending spree that did not even pay up its own share of counterpart funding for JV oil projects that amounted to over $5b within the same period of fastest growing economy and oil price selling above $100/barrel for about 4years out of the wasted 5years.

I blame Buhari for many things, but I will never blame him for the economy because I know who bastardized it before he was sacked.

Part of what I blame Buhari for is why that enemy of the state Jonathan is not counting the years in Kuje prison already.
