don't even wari about the phone just trow it away. Imagine I called the op for my sister's broken idol 4. He said it will cost 25k to repair. A phone that she bought for 20k and used for just one week.

My Alcatel joy tab 2 suddenly went off and stopped coming on and charging after a few minutes I plugged it in, what could have been the issue.
