Good morning, I have new itel s12 and a new 16GB original SanDisk card (DD card) as well). So I am trying to format the SD card as internal storage but the only option appearing there is "format as portable storage" The problem is apps are not movable to the SD card as portable storage, even apps folder are not created in it unless I move some heavy files to it MANUALLY. I need a fix for this pls...my internal storage space (for apps) as well as media folders is FULL. |

my camon c9 won't charge when switched off, it charges when on only. once it's off, it will display the battery bar and then off,it does that repeatedly |

My Itel P51 won't charge when it is on. It only charges when the phone is off. The battery misbehaved and went bad some weeks ago and ever since then it won't charge while it is on. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? Please what can I do? |

Hi..my brother' s itel it1556 plus will show that it is charging but the percentage will never increase but rather be going down. I have used different chargers but same thing.Can this be fixed? and if yes, what's the cost like ? |

CarlcareOpebi:hello! I got infinix hot4 lite. the battery was low while I was trying to charge it; it couldn't come up. I tried extra two chargers the same pro. so I took it back to slot since it was less than a year I bought it. not going through stress, I went to slot engineers they said it is software issue then I proceeded to your office @ Opebi, the engineer told be that it was sub & screen problem which I knew that the screen was not faulty before the battery went off. pls who do I believe? the slot engineer that said it was software issue or carlcare engineer that said it was sub & screen problem? |
