Tempered glass is re-enforced glass not safety glass. This can be dangerous for homes especially rental homes or homes with young children and the elderly. Bathrooms can be slippery when wet. Safety glass is like car windscreen; when it breaks, it shatters; explodes into tiny crumbs with no dangerous jagged sharp edges.

Yes you are right, the re-enforced clear plastic is normally widely used or safety glass. I would rather design the bathroom to fit a shower curtain instead of glass.

Also known as safety glass, tempered glass breaks down into smaller pieces that have less sharp edges. This is possible because during the annealing process the glass is cooled down slowly, which makes the glass much stronger, & impact / scratch resistant compared to non-treated glass.

It's usually done at the same time as the linted, The linted is at 10coach while the highest part of the curve is at 11 coach.

Its usually not the same level. You admit to it.

The actual level for openings other than doors is 11th courses while doors and windows are 10th courses.

Based on design or styling, openings such as porches, veranda, passages etc have arches start from 10th course or even lower. I have seen an arch that started from 7th course. Basically, the actual level for the openings is 11th. This is especially true if you have no design.

Checkitout am calling you out on this.

Heard 2 people discussing on the PHONE and when I asked one of them ,he said he was a Cement dealer.

Their discussion was that una papa for the industry Dangote wants to INCREASE cement price. For inside raining season! If true what they are trying to do is to change the 'myth' that cement price goes down during rainy season.
Abi una papa want to recover the money he used buy patrol saloon cars.

So is this rumour right about a potential cement INCREASE

What should be sequence of these three item.
Plastering the inside wall
Doing the burglary window
Installing wiring

Which should I do first and why. I think I should do wiring first but I worry without burglary window my wiring would be stolen it happened to my friend and if I plaster first how would I get the wiring into the conduit and if I do window first how would that affect the plastering later. Any ideas will be appreciated

Good day everyone on this platform, I need some advice, I have a small project going in Ibafo, Ogun State. It is three units of Room and Parlour self contain. It has been roofed (the ceiling) has not been done yet.

How do I proceed further, which of these should come before which

Plumbing work
Electrical work
Burglary and Doors
Plastering

In addition, I'm trying to get a comprehensive quote of what it would cost me to finish the house and put it up for rent. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thank you.

Hello house, I need professional advice from architects in the house?

I'm planning to start my building project ( a 4 bedroom duplex and 2 room bq) in magboro ogun state?

I was given a quote of 300,000k for the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings to get my building approval.

can any of the architects in the house provide something affordable and take my business?

I also need bill of quantities that's affordable and a building engineer to supervise the foundation and excavation

Plumbing and Electrical must first fix if you are not ready to install burglary now.

First fix means conduit work only.

second fix for the electrical can come after plastering and burglary to avoid theft.

Thanks
