what do you do when you get in contact with breast milk of a suspected sex worker?
When do you go for tests?
Should you go for antibiotics and PEP?

who can explain PrEP to me, and how to go about it in Nigerian hospitals?

What percentage of protection does condoms provide against STDs ?

What kind of contact are you talking about? If it touched your skin, then you have nothing to worry about.
But however you should know that antibiotics would not do anything to a virus.
The best course of action will be to get the said sex worker to do a HIV screening as quickly as possible, because PEP is not a piece of cake. The process can be a harrowing one. But remember that PEP must be commenced within 72 hours of exposure, anything beyond that is more or less a waste of time.

It can take a toll on your body, I remember a doctor who went through it once after a needle prick from an infected patient, and swore that he'll rather take his chances if exposed again than to go through that kind of ordeal again. But I guess it is not the case for everyone. I hope you realize that 72 hours would have passed by now, and PEP will not be needed.
Why are so anxious now? Didn't you realize that something like that could have happened?
