Hi. I didn't get into Deloitte; at least not yet... But if they haven't changed their test format from what it was when I wrote in late 2016, then you should know that time management is very critical in your success because you'd be given an hour to answer 50 questions (If I remember correctly) comprising Maths and English -- in the maths you'd find a few basic further maths questions like surd, and basic general maths like simultaneous equations, quadratic, etc -- and also write an essay on a select topic of your choice from a given alternative topics. Yes, all in one hour. I'd advise you budget no more than a page essay for seven minutes.

I made it to the last stage of interview but I am still yet to be gotten back to after almost a year. I applied for Consulting but was later interviewed for Forensics. I understand that the need for recruits in these units is less relative to other units, for instance Audit. So, if you want to get in quick, then consider audit as your choice department; for you'd be asked to indicate your preference unit on your answer booklet on your test day.


The process could have changed, though, so anyone with a newer experience can come share. Cheers.

No current affairs, bamijayy, but please refer to another thread where some candidates wrote in PH sometime past mid last year; I think they mentioned being asked some current affairs. I'm not certain. But it would help if you saw that thread.
