I've noticed my laptop always shows "plugged-in, not charging". What can be responsible for this, and is there any possible solution? Thanks! |

Let's diagnose first. Number 1, remove battery, keep it plugged in and power on, if it powers, then the problem is associated with battery (buy a new battery), if it doesn't, move to number 2. Number 2, get someone with same type of laptop and charger in good working condition, and switch charger to check if the problem is from your charger; if his charger works well with your laptop, get a new charger, if not, see your laptop technician (problem may be associated with charging port). |
