My house mate invited his girlfriend to our new home and she came with her friend. We all go out and had some fun then other other girl starts picking interest in me. Come next day they bring food for us they cooked at home and we all chilled and watched movies. It was fun being a gentleman and just getting to know the other girl. Some days later they invite us to their own house and we go there. My friend and his girlfriend leaves me and the other girl to ourselves and then I took her to a fast food close to her house were we hosted. Next day I chatted her and she isn't responding to me in a proper manner. Tried finding out what the problem was but she didn't give any. I decided not to stress myself or push anything further and when I asked my friend to ask his girlfriend what the problem was I was shocked. Imagine we just met few days ago and she was upset I did not give her money before I left. She mentioned she wanted to make her hair but I never imagined she was actually saying it for me to give her money. Honestly what will you call this kind of girl who you meet for just few days and is already calling you a bad person because you didn't give her money for hair when she didn't even ask you for money. Amakavula: Can you imagine... Seems you are such type of a girl. A guy doesn't have to be broke to complain about the stupidity of a girls attitude. Every guy knows it's his responsibility to take care of his woman, that is when you guys are dating and the relationship is genuine. However no decent girl will always expect a guy to give her money for hair, sanitary pads and her normal basic needs. If she is wise, every decent guy like myself will always gift cash gifts and other gifts from time to time and she can save from those cash gift to make her hair or buy the basic things she needs. Congratulations, you just got a crash course on the human propensity to entitlement, though, I must spotlight that it common with modern women. As you grow older, you will experience it emergence in different situations and forms, that it won't be of a surprise to you anymore. Men need women for sex, and actually do feel entitled to it after some initial investment (resources, time, an effort to woe). On the other hand, women feel entitled to your resources for the interest they've shown on you. It started when you took her to the fast food restaurant, of which I guess you paid for. That was when her feeling of entitlement was planted. She didn't respond because she expected you to just know. Women have a tendency to be solipsistic in nature hence, she expected you to just ''Knew'' why she was upset and responding inappropriately. My advice? you should move on. Go look for a lady in the same mental frequency as yours. I admit that its hard to find in Nigeria but if you do find her, you've hit a jackpot. Lastly, paying for dates, most especially the second ones (exempting the first dates in regards to chivalry) will set the pace of your future relationship with any girl in relation to finance.
