As written by Tony Agu Steve, anytime you drive through Finbarrs road by Bende road close to Central Police State Umuahia, you will notice this 'always smiling' Police officer, she doesn't have time chasing keke (tricycle) owners and waiting for any driver that will make a little mistake. Just yesterday Sgt. Joy Nwogu was given a plaque in recognition of her diligent service and commitment to duty, #50,000 and 100% scholarship for one of her child in primary school.
