First of, there is no such thing as clean body, it doesn’t matter if you wash your body with acid, there will still be particles and bacteria.

Furthermore, it may interest you to know your towel collect dead skin cells whenever you clean your body, hence the reason why your towel may give offensive odour when you don’t wash it..Hmmmmh, making sense, thanks

It's because, as humans, we have an innate propensity for evil. Because of self and societal regulators, such propensities are suppressed. When you take your bath, the unwanted desires escape through your skin pores as dirt.

So, it's not necessarily because you're dirty on the outside, but you're dirty on the inside. Thankfully, there's a simple way around it. That's why you're advised to take regular baths.
