This thief 0703 234 2618 sent me a scam SMS from my bank yesterday.

First bank will never ask you to reveal the details of your card , if we need any information from you, we will request for your presence at any of our branches close to you.

Same thing happened to me I was in a nosy environment he asked me to move away n give them my info but I told them that I can't move to anywhere.with a very angry tone he told me that I wasn't ready he now ended the call. Note that he got my exact name,date of birth n gender, immediately I knew it was not my bank.

The thing is no matter what call or text I received that has to do with my bank details... I ain't releasing, if I got a problem I simply walk to the bank myself. the N500 left in my account mean a lot to me.
Don't you ever give out your bank details to any stupid individual who call you, be it customer care or not. Always resolve every issue at the bank branch.

Yes they can possibly know if someone is first bank is monitoring your account. Cause your BVM will link up to that account.
