Where did you get that from? I thought I saw 600k. Please explain sir
The 600k is per square meter.
Now the minimum plot sold there is 2000 square meter. So multiple 600k times 2000.

my

I don't get your question but if you're asking for the foot equivalent of a standard plot ( 667sqm ) then it will be 7179.528sqf
I am trying to point your attention to the fact that 1 foot = 0.3048m

And in Nigeria a plot is 60ft by 120ft. Though some pple use 50 by 100.

Calculating any of this in meters will give you more than 667sqm.

Also from the sqf U did...in sqm U will have 2,188.32sqm

Thanks

Okay let's do this in baby steps

The standard plot is 18m by 37m = 18 × 37 = 666m² , 1m = 3.281" , therefore 18m = 59.055" and 37m = 121.391"

18m × 37m = 666m²
59.055" × 121.391" = 7168.745sf

Where you got it wrong is that you're supposed to multiple it twice , for example ( just for argument sake ) if 1m equals 3 foot then

1m × 1m = 1m² = 3f × 3f = 9f² and not 3f²

2m × 1m = 2m² = 6f × 3f = 18f² and not 6f²

2m × 2m = 4m² = 6f × 6f = 36f² and not 12f²

I hope you get it now
