Good day fellow Nairalanders, please I want to know if a person has dual citizenship with two countries passports, can the person be traveling with both passports at a time, (Not to use both at once) if the person is using one for instance to travel can the person still be in possession of the second passport or is not allow?

Yes, you use one upon exit and the other upon entry..........

For the USA, you will need both passports unless you have a Nigerian visa in your US passport.

You don't need dual citizenship with a Biafran passport..you will be recognized and treated as VIP in any country.
