I blame SON, i blame the Nigerian government, i blame building owners that will see a qualified Engineer and intead give their buildings to quacks all in the name of saving just 50000 and compromise on quality. I will say this once again, until Nigerians start seeing the importance of engaging the rights professionals in building their houses there will still be lots of building collapse. Why will a building collapse when there is no earthquake? Quality is very cheap and this is a good example.
