the Pouvoir 2 Pro. The smartphone comes

major upgrade on the Pouvoir 2 are 3GB RAM,
13MP front camera and a metallic body build.

How do you mean stingy with their rom size? That's the spec of the phone, if you want a device with higher ROM, go for the higher range of tecno phones. These devices are tailor made to satisfy specific phone needs.
