Who wins is none of my business, what am after is that the constitution needs to be amended concerning electing our political office holders.
How can the constitution says someone who wants to contest for post of governor or president must have senior school certificate but nowadays if graduates are looking for employment they will say minimum of second class upper.

Academic does not really means good leadership. Most Americans leaders were war veteran.

In a state in which APC enjoys power of incumbency both at the state and FG level, yet they could 'lose' based on the number of valid votes, it's a big shame. You didn't pay salaries and expect people to vote for your party, wicked leader, APC supporters will have heart attack in the re-run results, Power belongs to the people

Since INEC could not deliver through aiding APC, now it is the turn of security operatives to work for APC come 27th.

It is now so obvious that there can never be a free and fair election in Nigeria.

This was exactly what they did to MKO Abiola before he declared himself the president then

Then they deliberately killed him only for them to apologise many years later!

They have stolen the people's mandate yet again!

You will need to devise a plan to also checkmate them without getting hurt!

If what you have said is corect, then the election will be cancelled in those areas where there was collusion and a rerun ordered.
I followed this election and I can say that in my opinion it is only second to the 1993 election in terms of fair conduct.

Nigerian Police where very good (apprehended both APC and PDP vote buyers)

INEC did well (even when 1000 vote lost they restored it after seeing evidence ). They ban mobile phone when they saw the role it played in Ekiti election.

Those who have not played the right part in this election are the online supporters of both parties who keep creating tension around.

This has been INEC's best outing in recent times.

In Ekiti state, Fayemi polled 197,459 votes. His PDP rival Olusola Eleka, a professor got 178,121 votes. The difference was 19,338.

In osun state, PDP's Adeleke polled 254,698 and APC's Oyetola polled 254,345 with a difference of 353. The cancelled votes were 3000+. According to the election guidelines for this nation, this kind of election would be declared inconclusive and there will be a rerun.

You can't compare Ekiti's election with Osun's election. The elections so far have been credible under this administration but the administration wouldn't take the credit but the electoral commission.

No one is more popular between Oyetola and Adeleke, therefore there's no majority. To determine who is more popular, there need to be a rerun.

Since the election day and through out the collation of result, no one complained of serious foul play.
Just accusations and counter accusations of vote buying, so why did inec cancel the results of some units?

Free and fair? With everything happening, are you still blind or daft or what? Why are some people like you destined to be foolish and dumb?
Assuming it was APC that lead with the 300votes, will they call it inconclusive? It will not be well with all you who pervert judgment and call evil good.
Whether you like it or not, one day this country will be delivered from political tormentors, but on that day, all of your evil people will be no where to be found.

Oga the law the total number of cancelled vote is more than the diffrence of the magin between the first and second contender.

Pretend to be intelligent at least for once.

It’s part of the electoral law that whence the win margin is lesser than the cancelled accredited votes, a winner can’t be declared.

No court will grant him that request. It is a post election matter and it has to be concluded before parties seek redress in a properly constituted election petition tribunal.
