That problem got solved for me with LTE network turns out the phone is poor on H+, 3g and 2g. But on LTE, it's a beast. Meanwhile my bro has the phone too and we're having the same experience. Although, it (the other network types) works well in some areas but not everywhere, I usually subscribe on my other phone and join the hot-spot.

On your other issue, you better return the phone. That's all I can offer you for now

Good morning all, Recently my wife lost her infinix hot 4 phone and i decided to get a tecno camon x pro for her. When we purchased the phone (Camon Xpro) we where able to recover her apps and most of her contacts from google. my HEADACHE right now is the phone was stolen in her shop last friday and we have gone ahead to replace it with another camon xpro but these time around we've not been able to recover any apps nor contacts. I will be so glad if i can get help on how to go about recovering my wifes apps and contacts.

Pleaseeeee, if you havent updated your phone tp the latest version, DONT!!! tecno are maaaadddd. Theyve removed the font stylus on the phone, now looks bland, i might have to sell my phone and go back to infinix or tge redmi 5, really disappointed in this phone, you cant minimize an app without the phone killing it, all these are new to me oh. Tecno camon x is crap, if you have gotten it, dont get it, youll regret it.

The latest OTA update on tecno camon x pro removed the font style which is very annoying .

The phone looks wack in display.

Tecno mobile should please restore the font style asap

If it's 4G on glo yes it does and you know glo data doesn't last and the speed matters too
