Your UK visa wont influence your Canada study visa application in any way. Secondly, "I should stay in the UK any advice will help", are you asking if you should stay in the UK indefinitely? or are you asking if you should apply for a study permit in UK with a visiting Visa?.

hamkid1994:
hello house please i need your advice I have two Canadian student visa denial in 2016 and now I want to apply again and I have already paid tuition fees, am in the UK for two weeks holiday so when am back to Nigeria I will apply for the visa in which my UK visa is still valid because it is multiple entries my question is what is my chance of getting Canada student visa? or I should stay in the UK
any advice will help
thanks.

ok lets do it this way, can she transfer the money to your own account or she tells the bank to write a letter indicating she is the only signatory to that account. I normally don't recommend people using company's account although some have used it in getting their visa's.

when I did mine, My mum transferred from her company's account to my own personal account.

Okay this makes a lot of sense. Pls check your email. Thank you

@Henricson,

I did my Biometrics in Abuja VAC. If I'm to send my passport there, does it mean I will not include any service charge? What if also I'm to pick up the passport through an appointed representative what happens then.. Please if you can throw just a little more light on the process, because just like everything Canada there processes seem cumbersome.

OR,

Maybe just include the link of the article you cited above so that I can read what's written there.
Remember to send it with a copy of your Biometrics slip and receipt as evidence that you did biometrics there. I forgot that document at home as I thought it was something they could easily verify on their system but had to go back to pick it.

You will not need to collect an official work permit (hard copy like your study permit) to work 20hrs/week as a student. Just go to the nearest Service Canada Centre to you and ask to get your SIN number. Go with your international passport and Student permit. As a student with a SIN number, you're allowed to work only those number of hours. Please do not exceed working hours ever. I know better now. Except you mean a type of work permit separate from that which is associated with a study permit.

a work permit is needed for co-op... its not the normal work students do..

What do you mean by staying in the UK? Are you not on visit visa? Are you applying for PG or UG?

If you can answer those questions above, I will be able to give further comments.

No one can guarantee 100 percent that you will get a visa but if you can read through all what the gurus have said on this forum, Chances are very high you will get it. I recommend reading part 14, pages 1-20. Everything you need are on those pages. If you have any questions, ask on here and someone will help out.

Am very grateful for your reply
Am on visit visa 6 months multiple visa which will expire on March 2019 but I will submit my Canada visa application in December In Nigeria
am applying for Post Graduate.

Log on to their site and read it up,

But from what I was told at Lagos vfs, no one can pick up your stamped passport, it has to be you.

Even tho u did this to assist people, I still consider it a wrong move . Reason is cos many people here will copy this ur write up word for word, if not 90%, some wont bother editing much cos they will believe since this LOE worked for you there is no point changing anything. And if the VOs start seeing different applicants having almost the same kind of LOE, and sees they are all from Nigeria, that will be another big reason(Which is plagiarism) for them denying Nigerians visa even more. Just Imagine the Nairobi demons attending to this almost the same LOE, u knw what that means. We have suffered enough from this Visa Officers, Imagine someone applying since may and up till now, no response. It can be so annoying. So please dont let us complicate things more for ourselves. What you should have done is that u send it to the respective email addresses of the people that need it and seriously advise them to really change alot of things, because we all know this Oyinbo people dnt joke with plagiarism. Lets not complicate things more for ourselves. Peace

Please for those who have traveled and received their study permit, may I know what you presented as proof of funds? Should this be a new bank statement or cash?

Aside, introduction letter, passport, proof of funds, what other documents can one keep handy to present at port of entry?

Guys, please I need an answer to this question.

Ok yeah you are good to go. Come back to Nigeria and submit your application. Read previous pages, ask questions. You will get your visa this time around. Just have faith.

P.S:
Please I beg you, don’t think of becoming an illegal in Uk (you mentioned staying back in your previous post) it is hell and not worth it. This is coming from someone that has lived in Uk and had Many friends who were illegal immigrants. I was on the street ( mixed with the good and bad) while I was schooling and I know every. I would rather suffer in Nigeria than become an illegal in Uk.

VFS just sent me an email,
My processed passport is ready for collection.
I did not submit an upfront medical report.
Is that a rejection?

Thanks for the kind words.

There is nothing wrong in chnaging schools but for the course, you need to justify why you are going for a different program at PG level (probably yoiur current job is what is making you have a change of career). You can explain this clealry in your LOE.

Your relatives here can do that for you. Let them go to the WAEC zonal office of where you sat for your exam. They will fill a form and pay certain fees which I don't know for now. They can also go to your university and request for your transcript to be sent to WES

wow! This is extremely painful! Money, time, effort and prayers. This entire process cost me about 5 million naira. Travelling all over south south nigeria to get original certificates and documents. It is well
I will go pick the passport tomorrow and close that chapter for good. After many weeks of waiting.
To all those still expectant, I wish you Goodluck

MISFITrep, sorry about the refusal, put yourself together okay it's never the end of the world. You can share your profile to the house, the list of documents you submitted, your level of education, your proposed program etc.. This would give us an insight on how best to advice you. The rate of refusals for paper route these days is becoming alarming, God help us all.

Senatorkolade:

This should be paper route since he said he is heading to the VFS tomorrow to pick up his passport. After the system maintenance yesterday, the rate of refusals from paper route was too much to bear. I still wonder if this guy's goes through an applicant application entirety because all applications that were refused yesterday and today were all based on the same ground. It's very very sad cry

Ps: My recent findings for paper route in and outside of this thread is that if your application stays up to 6 weeks and above without a medical mail it's not a good sign. I also found out that many paper applications gets medical request within the space of 4-6 weeks. So with this you can easily predict the success of your application for paper application.

It shall end in praises.
