Without prejudice, that certificate is highly doctored. Judging from picture on that certificate, the age of Buhari cannot be less than 60 years. This is a certificate he claimed to have done in his teens.





WAEC IS COMPROMISED

Let me update,

WAEC DOESN'T issue same original certificate twice. Lets say you lost the current WAEC certificate you have with you, if you apply for another, WAEC will ask you to bring your current passport. The current passport wil be on the new certificate issued to you. Only thing that won't Change is your result.

You can inquire from WAEC if in doubt.

This people are very funny. They had to forge a certificate that will fit his mental capacity to give to him. They know he's brain dead and wouldn't have got any good grades had he sat for the exams and decided to give him a befiting score and to confuse some ignorant people. The Buhari I know would score straight Fs in a credibly conducted exams like he failed all his military exams

Like seriously?

This man is supposed to be the commander-in-chief of Nigeria's armed forces
And he claims the military has his certificate - a claim that the military has since denied
Why can't he order them to fetch a copy of it since he submitted the original to them?
Why is he going for attestation whereas he has a certificate?
Perhaps he didn't say he lost his certificate
He just keeps making claims that the military authorities have a copy of it, forgetting he's the one leading the military now

This is called 'Attestation' of certificate.
You attach your recent passport not the old one.

This is attestation issuance.
