as far as na nigerian police be careful how u relate with them. If op goes to report those boys in his lodge to the police the police will of course arrest the boys but after the boys have given them kola they will finger out op to these boys as the guy who reported them. After you report to EFCC, go to OPC as well to report, APC, and even PDP, ASUU is not left out too. You have a landlord, have you complained to him, are you the only tenant in the compound, what are the reaction of other tenants, if they are disturbing the peace, We all have tenant meetings in our various compounds where we reside, once it's not your own house. This is the wrongest place to seek for advice on such an issue because,50% of the Members here are either into yahoo,rituals,cultism,political thuggery,touts,etc. You can never!, I repeat,neverrrr! get and meaningful and useful advice on here. I urge you to either give them a dose of their own medicine by disturbing them with loud music/prayers in the midnight,or anonymously report them to efcc. I would have advised that you mind your business but for the noisy and toutish attitude they exhibit. If you decide to play informant on them you need to understand the risks involved. Nigerian forces snitch on their informants a high number of times. They will end up telling in them who gave information. From experience Nigeria police always do that
