solutionmi:You can ask that question again. There is also news that Lagos is deporting fellow citizens to northern part of one Nigeria because they are beggars. What an insane nation. How can Imo government even think of ID cards for northerners while the business in Kano is dominated by Igbos. Arewa last year gave mandate for igbos to leave northern states.
