Egyptian president built three power stations and generated over 20, 000 MW of electricity within two years.

Egypt was in worse recession than Nigeria then.. He also dredged river nile within one year still in recession..

EmagNig:
Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, has mentioned that even though it is true the current administration promised change to Nigerians, it didn't mention it will come within 4 years.

Fashola said this at the inauguration of President Buhari’s 2019 campaign in Ikeja, Lagos State on Tuesday November 20th.

“In 2014, we said we would change Nigeria but we did not say we will do it in four years. This election therefore is a choice between going forward to the next level or backward because the work has already begun.

Since I became a minister, the president has never interfered in what I do. He has never lobbied me for contract and I can assure you that it is like that with other ministers.

The oil revenue the former government took advantage of, what did they use it for?” he asked

Speaking further, Fashola took a swipe at the main opposition party, PDP. According to him, the opposition would not have lost the election in 2015 if they had performed very well.

“We have watched what happened in 16 years of nothing to show. Some people are trying to rewrite history now. You don’t sack a good employee. If they are living in delusion and say it was good governance, why did they lose the job? In 2017, the budget on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway was cut from N30 billion to N10 billion. You know who was presiding (then).

“Buhari has inaugurated an infrastructure development fund to ensure that Lagos-Ibadan, Second Niger Bridge and Abuja to Kano Road would never suffer funding problem again. Just yesterday, the two contractors on the Lagos Ibadan Expressway got a total of N15 billion to continue the work. The same thing is true of the Ikorodu-Sagamu Road. That road, for 16 years, was nothing to write about.”

Fashola shall say this in 2023 if we give APC another four years.

Fashola, you are one man that controls three huge and most important departments - electricity supply, house and roads - in the history of Nigeria.
President Buhari appointed Fashola to fail by assigning Fashola all the three departments.

this man is one of the people that don't have confidence in everything they do, he said he would change lagos during his campaign then, after the first year, he stepped out for a new goal, here we go again, you want to change Nigeria, but nigeria aint changing, maybe we don't need change anymore, maybe we need to go backward to those days of jonathan and the good leaders

APC has a pill that makes one insane once he or she takes a dose. Fashola must have taken it overdose that is why his insanity has risen to high heavens. Has he forgotten that fixing electricity in Nigeria is not rocket science and could be done in 6months. Ndi ara.

Fashola,

APC has brought MISSERY to Nigerians.

APC shall be like Mexico's Institutional Revolutionary Party which defeated Mexico's political party that ruled Mexico for 60 years in 2002.

But in just four years, Institutional Revolutionary Party brought MISSERY to Mexicans.

Next election, Mexicans three out Institutional Revolutionary Party, voted again for the party that had been ruling Mexico.

He promised change in 6 months not in 4 years!

Is this not the same man who said any serious government should be able to give Nigerians uninterrupted power in 6 months!

Fashola has really depreciated

He has always been overrated. They keep hyping Lagos governors for their little achievements, forgetting that those guys sit on an IGR of over ₦350bn per annum. Same way they were hyping Ambode calling him the best governor in Nigeria until Tinubu replaced him.

You are mad Fash.
After signing agreement with the former administration to repair some federal road in Toye state while you get reimbursed by the federal government you didn’t do it and you are now complaining, just like other gov who signed the agreement and why won’t saraki cut the budget of Lagos Ibadan Expressway when he clearly started that house committee felt there was more to it and you were called to come and defend it. Your perm sec showed up instead leaving nothing to support the budget, besides all MDA had there budget reduced this time around just to fund 2019 budget/election

Yes o!!!!

PDP spent 16yrs, let someone with sense do the calculation (16-3=13)....

So 13yrs from now we aren't going nowhere
with only 3years we saw the greatest destruction this country have ever pass through since buhari drove us into our first recession in 1987. 10 more years with the devilish party, there will be no more Nigeria
