Hi, that is one way. Another, buyer pays into escrow, seller sends item to buyer. Buyer confirms receipt and escrow pays seller.

This service proposal is good but you can do a little more to make it more attractive. Think insurance. Talk to a few insurance companies so buyers and sellers can have the option of insuring their goods against theft, damage or fire while in transit.
