at carlcareopebi I bought techno spark 2 pro but wen I switch on data m using it the fingerprint place gets hot and I was thinking maybe is normal so I wanna ask dat is it normal...ND also wen charging d phone gets hot

This is the last time I am going to use a carlcare phone. The phone almost exploded so I took out the battery and now I am being told by one Tesy Ogundele (supposed manager) at carlcare opebi that I have to pay for fixing the phone I bought six months ago with warranty. I seriously regret buying from carlcare. This is definitely the end of my using a carlcare device forever.

dont ever even buy a tecno or infinix phone
They are all substandard poo

my infinix Note 4 is not charging. though it will show that it is charging but the battery wont increase. PLz help. the phone is just 8 months old

yeah it happens same way with me also but I'm still having the issue with charging.. how were you able to solve yours and get it to charge now

. normally my phone charges without it being hot. wat I will advise is day wen u charge it use it for a day and let it reach like 12 percent and restart d phone
