Yes, we did at a point approach this fellow to see how we could partner for a mutual benefit of growth, but our proposed deal was declined and we moved on and never corresponded with this fellow.

It beats our imagination where this fellow could have concorted the idea that we have at any point claim to be affiliated with him (we wonder who should even be claiming affiliation between him and us).

At this junction we would like to warn this fellow to refrain from attempriing to soil our brand.

Mr Prince made two accusations and we would very much like for him to clarify on this:

1. That we claim to be affiliated with him. At no point have we ever done this.

2. That we scammed a certain person you called Tunde. We are most definitely not aware of this. We would assume that you would use your discretion to know that we do not belong to this your Facebook group where you claimed this accusation was made, hence you made accusation and judge within your group. This is not a fair way to judge.
I implore you to have this Mr Tunde come out in the open forum to make such accusation.

NOTE: This is not the first time @PrinceOgun has attacked our brand just for being a competitor. He has also done it on our thread.

We are not out to call names, we are here for clarification.

I fail to understand how highly daft 1 person can be. This is a plain and simple matter. You made two accusations:
1. We claim to be affiliated with you
2. We scammed a certain Mr Tunde

You are not the only one in business. You are deliberately attempting to soil our names in order make more sales. Only an equally daft person would seat back and watch you run rampage.

I am calling you out @Cooperjay and @PrinceOgun, right now. Provide evidence to support your two claims.
Nairaland Admin will certainly be getting a wind of this and I assure you 1KThemes will not be backing down from this fight you have instigated.

One thing is for an accusation to be true, even without evidence, the accused already knows he is guilty.
Another is for a person in an attempt to dirt the name of a fellow competitor to make false accusations and expect the accuse to take it lying down.
