He's too young, breast milk and formulas for now until he's closer to 4 months and make sure to always boil the pap.

Please take him to see a doctor as soon as you can.

For home remedy, try steam inhalation (put hot water in a bowl, sit down with his face above the steam, use a towel to cover both your heads.) You can do this twice a day for 10 minutes each time.

Also use Ori (shea butter on his nose and chest).

But please, mama, take him to a doctor. Let them check that he has enough oxygen. He's still small.

I observe rashes-like on my dd on Thursday, I observed the rashes come together to form a sort of layer. mothers around me said is NRA/ NLA..... have been apply baby tribaton missed with small Shea butter (ori) but seems the thing is not responding or am i impatient?

Meanwhile a lot of factors come into play when dealing with rashes on babies.

It could be reactions to bathing soap, oil/lotion, laundry detergent not rinsed out completely from clothes, weather etc.

you can visit the hospital so they give you appropriate medication to treat it if need be.

if nra/nla is the same as eela as the yorubas call it then get the red flower plant called acalypha from herbsellers. Wash and boil the leaves. The water drawn from the boiled leaves is mixed with the bathing water meant for your baby. It works too.

Rub the ribs too,I mean the sides and under the feet then cover with socks.Steam inhalation with the mentholatum would help too

My kids started and I went gangster on it .If he is on Ebf,pls up ur Vit c intake to boost his immune system.The weather is terrible right now
