Is too early to assess ole because Cardiff is a small football club n is ole first game but what I like here is ourfree flow football n taking risk.whether ole can sustain dis against a tougher club is another ball game entirely.yes sir Alex tried for us but I don't like d way ole is worship him n taking instructions from him.he is nt God.ole shud carve out his own football philosophy.is nt everything sir Alex tell him he shud follow.football is enlvovi ng .for now I keep my fingers cross.next couple of months will decide whether he is good or nt.

Yes its only Cardiff. But I'm willing to bet it's the most we've ran in a game this season. Or at least more than the opposition. The energy was definitely different. A better team would still punish us but atleast we'll go toe to toe rather than cower behind the defensive line.its one thing to lose knowing we're atleast having a go.

We are creating chances again, no talk of defensive reinforcement, this is what you get when you press from the front, you recover the ball in advanced positions and can do damage as we did for the 5th goal.
Pereira is class...

Only one ball we he touch dey dance and almost lost it?

The coach went for centre defenders who can pass best. One major difference is that our passes were faster As time went on, they players got more creative with the quick passes. Things were done high up the field. Jones showed leadership in the defence. Matic was a different player today, he was not slow. He passed forward and creatively. It made it looked like the players were even tired of Mourinho, because Pogba willingly took up some defensive responsibilities.

It is a perfect start for Oleg.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has got the players smiling, according to Rooney

Wayne Rooney says former Manchester United colleagues confided in him about how the relationship between players and staff wasn't great in Jose Mourinho's final days at the club.

United's all-time leading goalscorer was at the club for 13 seasons before securing a move to MLS side DC United, and confessed he stays in touch with quite a lot people at the Red Devils.

Speaking on BT Sport prior to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first game in charge of United, Rooney believes the club's decision to sack Mourinho was the right one.

"Yeah something had to change and I think it was the right decision," Rooney said. "Obviously the club have given Ole [Gunnar Solskjaer] the job until the end of the season and see how it does while they search for a new manager and try and make sure they get the right manager this time."

When asked if he's been in touch with anyone at the club, Rooney replied: "Yeh of course I stay in touch with a lot people at the club and speak to them quite a lot, certainly this week.

"To be a successful football club you need everything to be right. You need the staff at the training ground to be right, the groundsman, whoever that is, they need to feel happy and that rubs off on the players.

"And I think that relationship between some of the staff and some of the players wasn't great.

"But I think bringing Ole in, Mick Phelan in that will change. That already has changed.

"They're smiling, they're happy and that rubs off on the players.

I think it's a good move for the club while it gives them a bit more time to make sure they get the right manager in place in the summer and it's fascinating to see how Ole sets the team up and how they respond.

"They have to respond positively with a victory today."

Well it's important they keep this up in the next game. A good run of 3-5 games can do a lot to the confidence of the team

Saying that Cardiff is a small club is like saying that crystal palace is a small club too.there is no small club in EPL. Before this match I think palace is only a point above Cardiff if am not mistaken yet the beat City at Etihad.
Common, give kudos to the lads and the manager even if he gets instructions from SAF, what matters is let them deliver good result with entertaining football we are used to during SAF days.

Yeah I know he's arguably our most talented CM but he should know that he has to give his 100% whether it's favorable or not. This is Manchester United

On the other hand, I believe he's eager to prove Mourinho and doubters wrong so I expect him to get his head down and play for the team.
